Kidney Kids Scotland, a Charitable Trust helps children with renal/urology problems and their families. The charity supports hospitals all over Scotland supplying them with much needed equipment and funding for essential posts. In addition to support given to hospitals we have contributed a great deal to individual families who have been financially disadvantaged by their child's renal/urology illness. Kidney disease has no cure, the only way to improve health and prolong life is by treating with dialysis or transplantation. This is a disease these families, who come from all over Scotland, have to learn to live with.
