CONGRATULATIONS

Well done to everyone who competed  the worlds first Kilomathon England and a huge thank you to everyone who volunteered, cheered, clapped; generally everyone who was involved on the big day.  Massive thanks to the wonderful people of Derby and Nottingham for accommodating our runners, cheering and spurring them on to what turned out to be an incredible day.    

We could not have done this without the fantastic support of the Race Crew who gave up their spare time to join us in many areas from course marshals, help desk crew, baggage crew to handing out water, medals, race packs and maintaining a safe environment for runners and spectators.

We want to make the 2011 England Kilomathon event even better than this year's event and to do this we need your feedback. We want to hear from you, the runner, on what aspects worked well and you were happy with and what aspects you feel need improvement.  Without your valuable feedback we cannot hope to make future Kilomathon events the best running experience possible for our competitors.  It will only take 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

SCOTTISH HALF MARATHON

Standard entries for the Edinburgh Marathon are now closed, however there are still a few places available for the Scottish Half Marathon and the Hairy Haggis Team Relay. Entries are on a first-come, first-served basis so please don't miss your chance. Click here to enter the Scottish Half Marathon or the Hairy Haggis Team Relay.

KILOMATHON SCOTLAND

If you enjoyed the Kilomathon England then why not try and beat your time in this new race distance at the Scotland Kilomathon.  Although it is not the World's first Kilomathon now, it will be Scotland's and is aimed to be just as spectacular as the England Kilomathon.  The Kilomathon starts and finishes in the Royal Highland Centre and goes over the Forth Road Bridge.

BIG FUN RUNS

The Big Fun Runs are great events to introduce your friends and family to running. They are 5km long and staged in scenic parks so are a friendly and safe running environment amongst like minded people.   With 25 events nationwide there is sure to be local a event near you.    They are organised by the same experienced team that have brought you the Kilomathon.
